About RAW LEAF and ME
Raw Leaf is the creative endeavour of Sapna Shah, a passionate ceramics enthusiast sharing handmade creations with art and pottery lovers. As hobbyist, Raw Leaf is not currently a registered business entity, and Sapna operates this creative venture .
Ordering and Payment:
Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, two secure and trusted payment gateways. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of service of these payment providers. You can use most major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and you don't need a PayPal account for transactions.
Security and Data Protection: Your payment information is processed securely by our chosen payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe). We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Rest assured that your financial information is handled with the highest level of security.
Pricing:
All prices are listed on the website.
Pricing and Taxes: As of November 2023, we are not VAT registered, and our prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). You will be charged the displayed price for the products, and no additional taxes will apply.
However, please note that tax regulations may change, and we reserve the right to modify our pricing structure in accordance with any applicable laws. Any such changes will be communicated transparently to our customers.
Shipping:
Shipping Regions: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times: Shipping costs are provided at a flat rate to keep things straightforward for all parties. Delivery Times are based on Royal Mail Services. Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed during the checkout process. Please note that It may take me up to 5 days to process an order, but I will do my best to get it out ASAP. Returns of online purchases:
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your purchase. As a small business selling one-of-a-kind items, returns and refunds pose unique challenges. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied, we are here to assist you.
Please contact me within 14 calendar days of delivery to initiate the return/cancellation process. Ensure that the piece(s) is returned in its original condition.
Refunds:
Online Purchases: To be eligible for a refund, please contact me within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once the item is back in my possession and confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued. Please note that I am unable to refund the cost of postage. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the returned items.
In Person Purchases: We cannot give refunds or exchanges on items sold in person
Product Information:
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and showcase available pieces as faithfully as possible. Sizes are noted as approximate and aim to be as precise as handmade craftsmanship allows.
Given that these items are crafted from clay, expect delightful variations in colour and pattern. The charm lies in these unique subtleties. The handmade nature may result in slight irregularities, making each piece genuinely one-of-a-kind.
All pieces are crafted lead-free. For detailed aftercare and information on firing styles (e.g., Raku), please explore the FAQ section. While we take utmost care in creating safe products, Sapna Shah / rawleaf.online holds no responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Your common sense is appreciated in handling handmade pottery in your home.
